Meta Pixel is not intended to load before optional marketing consent is accepted. If enabled, information sent to Meta may include website/event information, page URL, timestamp, browser/device information, IP address and advertising identifiers/cookies where applicable. Meta Pixel is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for users in the European region.

6. Third-party recipients and processors

Depending on the services used, personal data may be processed by service providers required to operate The Tuner Bible, including providers for hosting/infrastructure, email delivery, invoicing, payment processing and advertising measurement. Current examples include Moloni for invoicing, PayPal and Revolut for payments, and Meta for optional advertising measurement. Each provider processes information according to its role, applicable contract and privacy obligations.

Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires it, transfers must rely on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism or safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

Personal data is retained while necessary to provide the account and services and, as a general platform rule, account-related personal data may be retained for up to 2 years after the last interaction, unless a different period is required or justified.

Information may be retained longer where required for accounting/tax obligations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security investigations, enforcement of platform policies, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Third-party providers may apply their own lawful retention periods to data they process.
